About The Event

The YES! Camps will focus on the introductory lessons on health, food, and nutrition, stressing where food originates and the need for all food groups to be represented for a balanced lifestyle.

Students will receive a basic understanding of the role food and the food groups as it applies to a healthy lifestyle. Focus will be on understanding the necessity of all the food groups and applying that knowledge.
